ImageCome in, head over to the ice bucket, grab a rock glass and pour yourself a highball.
Care for a canapé? Relax.
At Sunswept it’s all about the lifestyle.

As you browse our site you’ll learn about the “Golden Age of St. Louis Modernism.”  Here we’ll explain the difference between boxy ranch-style homes and architecturally significant mid-century modern homes that were designed by noted architects to combine natural elements with modern living space. It all goes back to Frank Lloyd Wright.

Most of our homes were designed by renowned architect Ralph A. Fournier, whose mentors were William Adair Bernoudy, Isodore Shank, and handful of other architects. These designers in the 50s and 60s put St. Louis in the forefront of American modern architecture.

While McMansions dominate the landscape, our one-level manses respect the scale of nature. We like to keep a low profile.
